Football trash talk has made its way onto social before the LSU vs. Florida matchup in the College World Series final.
Just hours before Game 1 of the Tigers and Gators’ championship series, Florida’s official football account tweeted video of running back Derrius Guice getting stuffed at the goal on the last play of last season’s football game in Tiger Stadium. The stop gave Florida a hurricane-delayed win that ultimately kept LSU out the Sugar Bowl.
"Games against LSU can come down to just a couple of inches," a portion of the tweet said. RT this to wish @GatorsBB luck tonight as they open the #CWSFinals ! 🐊⚾

This isn’t the 1st time the Gators have tried to stand in our way @LSUbaseball . Show them what happens when you get in front of a Tiger. 🏆🐅🏆 pic.twitter.com/eq8giSrtIn — Jacob Hester (@JacobHester22) June 26, 2017 Perhaps we can all agree — first pitch can’t get here soon enough.
